• Appointment availability is updated biweekly.

• Bookings can be made via direct message or through the website only.

• The appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received. A deposit must be sent within one hour of booking, or the appointment will not be accepted.

• Duration depends on the fullness of your natural lash line.

IMPORTANT - READ BELOW ⬇️

Deposit: A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the final balance. Please use CashApp ($lashlabma) for deposits, and ensure the memo field is left blank.

Payment: Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and CashApp.

Location: Address will be provided the day before your appointment.

Preparation: For the best results, please arrive with clean lashes: free of oils, makeup, and previous extensions (unless it's a fill). A complimentary lash bath is included with every appointment. However, if makeup or previous extensions need to be removed, there will be an additional $25 fee.

Running late?: Things happen! If you think you'll be running late, please send me a quick message. There's a 15-minute grace period, but after that, I may need to cancel the appointment.

Refills: For a fill appointment, 50% of your lashes must still be intact. If you arrive with fewer lashes, a full set will be charged. Fills scheduled more than three weeks after your initial appointment will also be considered a full set.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please try to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable. You can only reschedule once to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Same-day rescheduling or cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit, requiring a new deposit for future bookings.

No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will not be able to book again.
