Mariusz Postol is founder and Executive Director of CAS. He has experience in designing and deploying highly distributed applications having managed 100+ innovative projects for industry including aviation, heat engineering, power engineering and mining. He is the author of “Process Observer” concept and architect of the CommServer™ software package. He is actively involved in projects related to the OPC Unified Architecture including the development of the OPC Foundation Software Development Kit and the information model for the Analytical Devices released as a companion specification.
He is engaged in many research projects as a university teacher and scientist.  He is the author of 40+ publications, lectures, presentations and training sessions.
Mariusz has a degree of Master Engineer of Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Lodz and a PhD in Process Control Engineering and Robotics.
