What is MELT?

MELT training sessions provide a “circuit style” workout that combines traditional and non-traditional exercises. MELT is offered Monday through Saturday with training options throughout the day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday are upper body focused while Tuesday and Thursday workouts are geared to lower body. The Saturday routine will have an option to complete upper or lower body routines.

MELT classes are led by a professional instructor who focuses on your techniques and abilities. Just show up and count on us to have the workout prepared for an energizing workout!

MELT Cardio

Utilizes variations of short to long high intensity intervals and exercises to create a functionally fit body!

  • Effective for fat loss

MELT Strength

Utilizes a paired/superset format comprising many exercise variations and rep schemes to create a functionally strong body!
