mesoSPIM Control¶
mesoSPIM-control is the open-source Python/PyQt acquisition software for mesoSPIM light-sheet microscopes. It drives all hardware, manages acquisition protocols, and provides a GUI for multichannel, multiview, and tiled imaging of large cleared-tissue samples.
