Founded by music industry veteran Kunto Handoyo alongside Jakarta-based advocate Noviar Irianto, MDGco continues to evolve under the leadership of Caesar Gunawan, a television host, radio broadcaster, and event conceptor.

With a core focus on music production and talent management, MDGco has expanded into a full-service creative house, event planner, event organizer,  and artist agency delivering impactful concepts and memorable entertainment experiences.

Strengthening our creative and industry reach, MDGco is partnered with Simon Husin as Head of A&R. With over 17 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Simon brings a strong strategic vision, extensive international network, and direct access to A-list artists. Formerly the Founder and CEO of Braga Conceptz and previously the manager of Willy William, Simon now plays a key role in shaping MDGco’s future creative direction and artist development.
