There's a story we're told after 50. It’s a story of inevitable decline. Of creaking joints, foggy minds, and a slow, steady loss of the strength that once defined us. We're told our bodies are like old cars, destined to rust and break down.

I’m here to tell you that story is biochemical bunk.

My name is Tom Kane, and I look at the human body a little differently. For decades, I did so under a microscope as a research Biochemist and Molecular Biologist. Now, in my late senior years, I do it on the squash court, playing competitively three times a week.

I'm not your typical health writer. I’m not a 25-year-old influencer sipping a green smoothie. I am living proof of what I preach, and I have spent a lifetime studying the "why" behind it all.

The Ageless Engine is where my two worlds collide: the lab coat and the squash court. It’s where we dismantle the myths of aging and replace them with hard science.
