agentfield Day: The Autonomous Backend AI Hackathon
Stop building chatbots. Start building the infrastructure of autonomy.
AI is moving out of the chat window and into the backend—handling refunds, coordinating supply chains, and managing complex workflows. Join us for a one-day intense hackathon to build the next generation of autonomous software using AgentField, the "Kubernetes for AI Agents."
In this hackathon, you won't just be wrapping prompts. You will build production-grade, identity-aware agent systems that act as microservices. Whether it's a multi-agent supply chain coordinator or a self-healing DevOps bot, we want to see how you leverage AgentField's control plane to solve real "Scale & Trust" problems.
The Challenge: Build a robust, multi-agent workflow that solves a backend problem. Your agents must coordinate, reason, and execute tasks autonomously while utilizing AgentField's infrastructure (identity, durable queues, and "Reasoners vs. Skills").
🏆 Prizes
We are giving away $2,000 USD worth of OpenRouter Credits to top teams to fuel your future AI projects!

10:30 AM: Team Formation & Hacking Begins.
12:00 PM: Lunch Break
3:30 PM: Hacking Ends / Live Demos (3 mins per team)
4:30 PM: Winners Announced &
5:00 PM: Closing
👥 Who is this for?
Backend Developers tired of brittle AI scripts.
AI Engineers looking to move models into production.
DevOps/Platform Engineers interested in the future of "Infrastructure for Autonomy."
Note: Knowledge of Python or TypeScript is recommended as AgentField SDKs support these languages.
🧠 Judging Criteria
Use of Infrastructure: Did you effectively use AgentField's features (e.g., cryptographic identity, async execution, multi-agent coordination)?
Reliability: Can your agent handle errors and long-running tasks without breaking?
Impact: Is this a viable real-world backend use case (beyond a simple chat toy)?
Technical Complexity: quality of the "Reasoner" (AI logic) vs "Skill" (code execution) separation.
