Meet Your Guide

This workshop will be hosted by Ethan Hill.

Ethan is a writer, artist, entrepreneur and international yoga teacher helping Seekers upgrade their minds and bodies in order to adjust to "the New Earth."

After leaving his corporate job in 2019, Ethan has dedicated over 12,000 hours to learning and teaching the ancient sciences of yoga, breathwork, meditation and nutrition to people and corporations around the globe.

He is currently traveling the world sharing the mystical (and practical) teachings of Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism using a unique blend of engineering and spirituality.

Opening the container. Introducing your guide. Meeting the group. Intention-setting.

Ethan teaches why posture is important, the science of your spine, and how to make the most of it

11:30AM - 11:40AM (EST)

Break time! Drink some water, and eat a little fruit or raw honey.

11:40AM - 12:30PM (EST)

Let's make things practical. Ethan will teach you his 3 simple and effective techniques ("Blowing Bubbles," "icj-Lock," and "Tri-Axis Stretching") for permanently altering the way you sit and stand.
