What are credits?
Credits are the currency used to generate videos. Typically, 1 second of video costs 1 credit, and even videos shorter than 1 second consume 1 credit. For example, a 1-second video uses 1 credit, while a 29.2-second video uses 30 credits. Some advanced models consume more credits — for instance, LipSync 3.0 requires 4 credits per second. We offer a limited amount of free credits for you to try, and you can purchase credit packs to get more.
How to use credits?
Credits are used to generate videos, images, and other features. The number of credits deducted depends on the video length and the selected model. For example, using the v2.0 model for AI lip-sync requires 6 credits per second. If the video is 8 seconds long, a total of 48 credits will be required. Video length is based on the uploaded audio or recording duration. If you choose to generate audio from a script, we will deduct credits based on the length of the generated video.
Is there a daily limit on video generation duration?
No limit. Each video generation consumes credits, and once credits are exhausted, you cannot continue generating videos. Note that different models consume different amounts of credits, and the video duration provided in the credit pack is only a prediction based on the basic model rules, not the actual video duration you generate.
What is the difference between free credits and purchased credits?
Free credits: Designed to reward your daily activities (such as logging in, sharing, etc.). Please note that these credits have a time limit and will be automatically refreshed and cleared at the end of the cycle (daily/weekly). 'Earn and use immediately' is the best strategy.
Purchased credits: Purchased credits are your permanent balance. They have no expiration date and will never be automatically cleared. Whenever you come back, these credits will remain, and they will only be consumed when you actually use the generation service.

Can I use the generated videos commercially after paying?
Yes, commercial use is allowed as long as you have full rights to the uploaded files. For example, you must not use celebrities or copyrighted IP characters for commercial purposes.
Can I purchase multiple credit packs?
Yes. You can buy multiple packs, and the credits will accumulate. For example, if you purchase a 500-credit pack and a 3000-credit pack, you will receive 3500 credits in total, all permanently valid.
What is the order of point deduction? If I have both free and paid points, which will be used first?
Free points are used first. Paid points are only deducted when free points are insufficient.
Is the credit pack a monthly subscription? Will I be charged automatically next month?
No. The credit pack is a strictly one-time purchase. We do not store your payment information for recurring billing, and you will never be charged automatically.
Do I get all the credits at once, or are they distributed monthly?
This is a one-time purchase, so the total number of credits is delivered to your account the moment you buy. You don't have to wait for monthly refills.
