At Linuxndroid, we provide both digital online courses and physical hardware products. This policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Digital Course Delivery

โฑ Delivery Timeline

  • Digital courses are delivered within 10 minutes of purchase.
  • Course activation and delivery are processed between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (IST).
  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day after 9:00 AM.

  • Access details / login credentials are sent to your registered email address and/or made available in your account/dashboard (if applicable).

2. Physical Hardware Shipping

โฑ Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (IST) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped on the next business day.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3โ€“5 business days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may take slightly longer, depending on the courier.

You can use this ID to track your shipment on the respective courierโ€™s website.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp (where available).

Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Digital Online Courses

  • Once a course is activated, accessed, or login details are delivered, no refund is possible.
  • This includes:
    • Video content
    • Downloadable materials
    • Premium resources
    • Any accessed digital content
  • Refunds for courses will only be considered if:
    • The course is not delivered due to a technical issue from our side, and
    • You contact us and we are unable to provide access after verification.

2. Physical Hardware Products

โœ… When Replacement / Refund is Possible

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • The product is non-functional on arrival (Dead on Arrival).
  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

๐ŸŽฅ Mandatory Unboxing Video Condition

To process any claim for damage / wrong item / DOA, you must provide a clear unboxing video:

  • Start recording before opening the outer package.
  • The video should be continuous (no cuts).
  • Show:
    • The full sealed package
    • The entire unboxing process
    • The product clearly, including the damage/problem

Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot guarantee approval of replacement/refund.
