I did the 5-week yoga for birth classes and loved them. Such a good way to get to know your body more and learn some tips and tricks for labour along the way. I also loved the opportunity to meet other like-minded mums. Highly recommend!

I loved the 'yoga for the fourth trimester' program. It was quite confronting getting out of the house with a young baby and going to a weekly activity, but I am so glad we did! Marion is warm, friendly, caring and a great yoga teacher. I felt instantly at ease when we first arrived. I really enjoyed hearing other mums' experiences during the circles, and loved that interacting with and including our babies in the exercises was encouraged! We very much looked forward to the classes each week and are sad they have now finished. Would highly recommend the program to other new mums!

Marion’s prenatal yoga class gave me an opportunity to find calm and practice yoga in a welcoming environment. I highly recommend.

I’m so thankful I had a chance to meet Marion during my third trimester. Even though I usually prefer to do yoga on my own I decided to try Marion’s class and soon I found myself loving to come back again and again for her yoga and support as well as the connection with likeminded mothers-to-be. Marion is not only an amazing yoga lecturer, but also a compassionate woman who felt like a friend to me from the very first moment I met her.

We also took part in the birth preparation workshop with my husband - and we can’t recommend it enough to any expecting couple! It offers tips and tricks such as various positions and breathing techniques to try throughout labour and focusses on ways how to get in sync with your partner while offering support. We made use of what we learnt in my actual labour, and they certainly made a positive difference!
