Coach Keston is a game-changer in the development of young athletes. He has a whole-athlete approach where he engages his athletes to set goals both short and long term, educates them helping them understand what it'll take to achieve their goals, and then empowers them with the mindset, fitness and nutrition components to take charge of achieving their goals. He has a no nonsense approach where he expects complete effort and discipline and the kids not only rise to it but adopt it and carry that discipline to other areas of life too, ie. school. The forethought and discipline I've seen in my 10-yr old since he started working with Keston, I didn't develop until my sr. university years! Very grateful for Coach Keston!

Coach Keston is the best strength and conditioning coach I’ve ever seen. He has worked with myself and both of my brothers and completely transformed them. They both had different goals they when they came to him and Keston made sure to cater a workout AND a meal plan suited for both of them to meet their goals. On top of that, he doesn’t only help you reach your fitness goals, but he works on how to move your body in certain exercises to prevent injury and maximize efficiency. He’ll push you to get the most out of you but also making sure that you don’t injure yourself.
