Terms & Conditions for Promotional Video by Wow Burdwan:- (1/3)

 

For Every category - 

Video materials and idea will be discussed before shoot. 

No re-shoot after main shoot. If you have any dissatisfaction, tell us to re check it during the original shooting time. 

We’ll send you the video before posting, and after your approval we’ll post it according to our schedule.   

We’ll offer you to choose Song for the reel!! But if you give us the freedom to make that in our choice, after that you can't judge that song or can’t tell us to change it or change the lyrics. 

Don’t delay the payment, One client should have to pay before we post the reel!! (Except some brand’s T&C) 

Don’t negotiate the Payment Amount after the shoot ot the making of the reel. Also negotiation is not allowed during the final discussion before shoot.. 

*If you cancel the promotion after we shooted that or made the reel, You’ve to pay – 500/- for cancellation charges. 


Promotion T&C (1/3)

Don’t tell us that you heard our promotional matter from any other and we shooted, that we shooted for then in XXXX price so we must have to shoot for you at the same rate, our prices may vary due to your business and always updates due to our follower count and reach count increases. 

Don’t tell us to repost the reel after it’s posted, bcoz we take your approval before posting, so you have no right to tell us to say us to delete or archive or repost the reel after giving the approval of the reel. 

 Don’t delay the time of shooting after finaling the time for shooting, any delay will not be considered during promtipn. Don’t hink you’re giving us money but you not taken our every time to delay, everyone haas a value of time. 


Promotion T&C (2/3)

For Restaurants :-  

You must have to prepare some of your popular dishes for our video, if you don’t want to do it, we’ll not do any kind of promotion. 

Don’t take our time to prepare your food for our reel, we’ll tell you our time for shooting, so prepare for our shoot and ready your dishes according to that!

Collaboration Rules

Here are some Basic rules & regulations for collab:

-Creator Must Follow Wow Burdwan on Instagram

-This programme is Only for Original Creator, tagging other pages/creators (multiple collab) is not allowed.

(if we see other pages are tagged as collaboration we’ll remove your video)

-Logo/Branding Inside the Video is Not allowed. 

-Currently accepting Burdwan/Purba Bardhaman District contents only.

-Creators with (Burdwan) on username - not allowed.

-Repost/Copied content is not allowed, accepting original contents only.

-No political content is allowed.

-Avoid shaky videos.

-Landscape Videos are not approved only accepting Vertical Videos (Only Drone shot included Landscape video can be approved).

-Branded Content is not allowed (contact for promotion)

-Send video on Instagram DM section or mail (wowburdwan@gmail.com)

-We will give you a time slot for posting since we have a lot of content lined up.
