Life happens, and we understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to open up time for other clients who may need it. How to Access Willow & Quartz Hair Studio

When you book an appointment with us, you’ll receive a personal access code to enter the building. Please keep this code safe, as you’ll use it for each visit.
Here’s how to enter:

Locate the Code Box: The code box is located to the left of the door.
Enter the Code: Simply punch in the code we’ve provided, and the door will unlock for you to enter.
Studio Location: Once inside, you’ll find Studio 31 by walking in, turning left, and following the path straight ahead. Studio 31 will be on the right-hand side.
Bathroom Location: The bathroom is located on the east side of the building. To access it, continue down the hall and make a right. The bathroom will be near the end of the hall.
Arriving Early? If you arrive a bit early, feel free to have a seat at one of the benches or seating areas.

Your first appointment will begin with a 30-minute custom consultation, where we’ll sit down and discuss your hair goals, any concerns, and how we can work together to create a look that suits your lifestyle and preferences. We’ll talk about your hair history, desired outcomes, and I’ll explain my process. Once we’re on the same page, we’ll proceed with your service—whether it’s a haircut, color, or energy healing session. My assistant, Alyssa, will also be there to help ensure everything goes smoothly and that you feel comfortable throughout your visit.
