Neighborhood Support Network
Neighborhood Support Network
The Neighborhood Support Network (NSN) seeks to foster grassroots, offline systems within our Cha and Chat community and beyond to strengthen how we share resources, information, and care in times of crisis. As a small cohort, we will collectively explore and consider supportive practices for growing our collective capacity to navigate potential emergency situations. How might we support resource sharing throughout our networks? How can we stay connected when internet communications might be down? Do we have basic ways to check-in on each other? What resources are needed? If you are interested in exploring these kinds of questions sign up and indicate times that would work best for you to join a brief intro and overview conversation! You can also indicate if you would be interested in volunteering as a 'Network Coordinator' to help facilitate offline communication and resource sharing practices amongst our extended network using one of our NSN 2-way Radios.
