Thank you, Uni, for the amazing service!

From the moment I walked into Uni Nails, I could feel the professionalism and care they put into their work. The staff took excellent care of me, paying close attention to every detail. Before starting, they applied sunscreen to my hands and wore gloves, showing how much they prioritize hygiene and customer comfort. One thing that really stood out to me was their sterilization process. I noticed that they used nippers that were sealed in a sterilized pouch and placed in a machine (which I assume is a UV sterilizer). This extra step made me feel completely at ease, knowing that hygiene and cleanliness are top priorities at Uni Nails.

Beyond their professionalism, what I appreciated most was their warmth and hospitality. The staff members were not only skilled and meticulous but also incredibly friendly. While working, they took the time to chat with me, making me feel welcome and comfortable. They even taught me some Vietnamese phrases and recommended delicious local dishes to try. As someone with Vietnamese roots who was born and raised in the U.S., this experience meant a lot to me. It made me feel more connected to my culture in such an unexpected and heartwarming way.

Another aspect that truly impressed me was their 7-day warranty policy, something I have never seen at other nail salons. This shows how much they stand by their work and value customer satisfaction. Despite being a busy salon, the staff remained focused, precise, and careful with every service they provided. Many other places tend to rush when there are a lot of customers, but at Uni Nails, they maintained high-quality service no matter how busy they were.

Overall, my experience at Uni Nails was absolutely wonderful. The combination of skill, professionalism, and genuine warmth made my visit truly special. I will 100% recommend this salon to my friends and family. I’m planning to return to Vietnam during Christmas, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back to Uni Nails!

Amazing! I don’t know if it was just a quiet afternoon and they had all the time for me, but this was a lengthy pedicure with soak and heel scrub. Incredible attention to detail, using fine brushes to ensure edges are clean. Clean, modern and beautifully air conditioned. Was a perfect surprise to find. $450k for removable of gel, gel polish, shaping, cuticles, soak and heel scrub.
Not the cheapest around but good value for what you get. Recommend/10

I wrote the above while they were doing the pedicure portion of the service, but had to add because the end of the service was also great! They brought out a rose petal foot bath to soak my feet, applied product to feet and soaked. The attention to detail continued. Extensively working on my feet until they were perfect.
A few locals came in to get their nails done towards the end of the experience.
Don’t gamble with the fake reviews and check Uni nails out for the best experience.

Love love love this place!! All staff are so nice and definitely treat you well. The place is very clean and just relaxing I almost fell asleep. They speak English well so you won’t be having a hard time. I met the owner Phuong and she’s just bubbly and super kind! If you are in Saigon, Vietnam definitely recommend this place cause I know I will be coming back here when I come back to Vietnam!! 💕💕💕
