Registration is now open for the 2026 Society of Women Engineers-Dearborn P.O.W.E.R Conference! The P.O.W.E.R Conference will be held on Friday, March 6th, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the University of Michigan-Dearborn Tony England Engineering Lab Building (ELB). This exciting event offers an incredible opportunity to network, attend workshops, and learn from industry and academic professionals. While attendees are not required to stay for the entire conference, we strongly encourage full participation to make the most out of this event. Space is limited, so please make sure to RSVP early to secure your spot! We look forward to seeing you there!

Planaria Middle School Outreach
Planaria Middle School Outreach
BMES and SWE are hosting a 3-week series in which students will cut planarian worms and watch them regenerate, with some basic analysis to showcase their regenerative properties and applications in regenerative medicine engineering. Working with planaria allows students to gain a deeper understanding of various aspects of living organisms. We will be hosting this activity for over 250 sixth-grade students, so we need all the help we can get! Please sign up to volunteer!
