What happens in a coaching session?

Coaching sessions are a confidential space to explore whatever feels most present or important for you.
You bring the topic and I will bring questions, reflection, support, and gentle challenge to help you to reconnect to your anchor.
Together, we will create clarity, direction, and grounded next steps.
There is no pressure to perform, achieve, or ‘arrive’ anywhere. The space is yours.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are currently held online via Google Meet.

I live in London, so in-person sessions can also be arranged by appointment.

Question 3

How often will we meet & how long is a coaching session?

Accepted Answer

The frequency of how often we will meet will depend on the package you choose and your coaching needs.

Typically, I meet with most of my clients:
⚓ Monthly for long-term coaching
⚓ Fortnightly during periods of change
⚓ Weekly or bi-weekly for short, intensive support

Most sessions are up to 1 hour, but can be shorter (30 mins) or longer depending on what you need from your coaching session and where you are on your coaching journey with me. 
We will agree a rhythm & pace that feels right for you.

Question 4

What is the cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions are usually deducted from your package unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

What are the payment options?

You can pay by:

Payment plans are available for longer packages - please message me if this is something you would like to discuss in more detail.

Question 6

What if I’m not sure which package to choose?

That’s completely normal.
Each coaching journey is unique. Some clients come for a deep-dive session to work through a specific question, others prefer a structured series over several months to support a period of transition or growth. 
Most clients feel clearer after an initial conversation which is why I offer a free 30 minute Discovery Call as an opportunity for us to explore what you’d like to work on and see if we’re a good fit.
There’s no wrong place to begin. If you’re ready to explore coaching, or simply curious to learn more, I’d love to hear from you.

Can I switch packages if my needs change?

Yes of course! Life can change and move in unexpected ways, and your coaching can move with you.
If you outgrow a package or your situation shifts, we can adjust your plan together.

Question 8

Is coaching confidential & what ethical guidelines do you follow?

Yes everything shared in coaching is confidential.
I follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethics and guidelines, which means:
⚓ I protect your privacy
⚓ I do not share your information with anyone
⚓ I handle all notes and records securely
⚓ I only break confidentiality if required by law (e.g., risk of harm)
You’ll receive a clear confidentiality statement when we begin working together.

I’m an ICF ACC-accredited coach and adhere to their Code of Ethics, which covers:
⚓ Confidentiality and Privacy
⚓ Boundaries
⚓ Professionalism
⚓ Safeguarding
⚓ Conflict of Interest
⚓ Respect for your autonomy and agency

Question 9

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Accepted Answer

Coaching is future-oriented, focusing on growth, clarity, confidence and aligned action.
Therapy looks inward and backward to heal wounds or process trauma.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and I’ll always let you know if therapy may better support you at any point. Both can complement each other beautifully.
