I saw this eyebrow place while I was out shopping so I figured I would try it and they did amazing. Ushaa did my eyebrows and they came out perfect! I will most certainly be back.

Just got my eyebrows done and the lady messed them up. She made them way thinner and when I discussed that, she blamed it on me. Poor service and I am not satisfied with her skills.

Sheen did such a great job threading my eyebrows! She was super gentle and really paid attention to the shape I wanted. They came out so clean and even — I’m obsessed! She’s also really sweet and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend her if you need your brows done!

I’ve been going here for over a year now but I recently stop, due to the consistency. You'll find a great person that works well with the you services you get and then you could go in there a different week same day and time and they won’t be there. It’s always somebody different and they never know when that person you’re wanting will be back. Due to me trying to trust different people with my eyebrows I now have two spots in my eyes brows and I unfortunately won’t be going back.

My visit was on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Princy was absolutely exceptional! I shared my concerns about a previous eyebrow waxing experience that had unfortunately removed a significant portion of my right eyebrow. I had been growing them out for six weeks prior to my appointment with her.

Princy was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about my current brow shape. She carefully explained how to correct the issue and was extremely attentive and gentle throughout the process. Her expertise truly brought my eyebrows back to life. Despite the discomfort, there was no skin lifting or scarring, thanks to her skilled technique and care.

I sincerely hope to see Princy again at this location next week. Thank you so much, Princy!

I was so happy to see a new threading business near ballpark mall that is easy to pop in and out! Sheen did an excellent job on my brows. I will be back!

Sheen was great! Fast and perfect. My brows look great.

I asked for the area between my eyebrows to be cleaned, but the lady just looked at me and didn’t do it. She was also on the phone the whole time while working on my eyebrows, which felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The customer service was terrible. I usually go to KC’s Eyebrow and have a much better experience there, but since I was already in Zona Rosa I decided to try this salon out. I would not recommend it and would avoid this place.

I went into get my eyebrows whilst walking around Zona Rosa My eyebrows are two different shapes and are a nightmare to do. Janait helped me and talked me through what would look good with my face frame. She was friendly and listened with showed me she genuinely cared about my what I needed. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I came in there with brows and I left with none. The brow girl, Sheen, ruined the shape of my brows and made them pencil thin, I will NEVER come back to this location. I cried for 30 minutes straight when I got in the car because of how badly she ruined the shape and thickness of my brows. If I could give 0 stars for what she did to me, I would. She cut all my hair off and my brows are completely uneven.

Friday, May 9, 2025 @ 12 noon I  entered a place I've been to countless times. This new Lady assured me she could do my brows. We'll, she left me with uneven threading and tinting.  I was told to use a brow pencil daily until my brows grow in.  Never, ever will I return. As I  was talking she was saying they  will grow back. Not the point!
Another customer entering complaining her brows were uneven and asked her to fix them.  Another unsatisfied customer.
Customers please don't go to brow threading in Summit Fair, in Lee's Summit.
Find another company that have trained staff.
