Our Tree Fort DTT Youth Program is designed for teens and young adults ages 14-22 with developmental disabilities.

It’s designed for students who are still in school but are approaching a time when they will be exiting school and moving on to the next phase of their lives.
Our program helps students develop their pathways to the future. Participants go through vocational curriculum and explore future opportunities while practicing social skills and working toward their goals.

Tree Fort Youth Program

Our SEEDs (Supported employment services) offer one-on-one help to assist our Members find and keep competitive, integrated jobs they are good at and like.

We believe everyone has unique talents, and we work hard to find the right job for each person.

Our goal is to create workplaces that are welcoming and fair to everyone, where people can build a career with respect and equal chances to succeed.

SEEDS Supported Employment Services

The Opportunity Tree’s LEAF (Life Enrichment and Fulfillment) DTA Adult Day Program is specially designed for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Central Phoenix, Avondale, Casa Grande, & the City of Maricopa.

It provides supports to individuals with a variety of needs, paying careful attention to the whole person.

LEAF Adult Day Program

Since 2020, our hometown Fireslammers have proudly partnered with Special Olympics Arizona, uniting 100+ athletes to compete in 8+ sports.

While we compete in Special Olympics events, we are not the Special Olympics organization itself. The Fireslammers are The Opportunity Tree’s official team, empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to train, compete, and grow in a supportive environment.

Our athletes compete in Unified, Traditional, Team, and Individual Skills formats—ensuring everyone has a chance to shine.

Fireslammers Special Olympic Sports

Our Community Living services help adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities in Arizona find a home they love.

We provide individualized support to members, focusing on increasing their independence and participation in the community.

We also provide in-home supports to adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities in Arizona who are living on their own or with their families.
