Pinch Points are back! Returning after a two-year hiatus, your fave punk four-piece are hitting the Old Bar stage on Fri 27th March, ahead of their run up the east coast supporting Descendents.  Come catch the band in action at their first show since late-2023, with local legends Trap Card and Equestrian Fields jumping on support duties. Thereâll be singalongs (*shoutalongs), matching band getups, and all the usual PP antics.  Since forming in 2018, Pinch Points has become entrenched in the Naarm punk scene, playing hundreds of shows around town, opening Golden Plains in 2020, touring Europe twice, supporting IDLES on a national Aus tour, and nabbing two Music Victoria Awards. Their three studio releases Mechanical Injury, Moving Parts, and Process are still reverberating through headphones and spinning on community radio to this day.

Welcome to a night of doom - laden grooves and cosmic jams. Forged in smoke & powered by riffs. The Ritual returns for the Green Sabbath - 420 Afterburner. Howling Mountain â Summoning a wall of fuzzy riffs, thunderous grooves & stoner/grunge energy. They donât just howl â they howl loud. Hail Freya - an electrifying blend of doom, stoner and psychadelic rock with swirling sonic spells. Bongcleaner â Stoner doom with a strong dose of weed humour. Just groovy, hooky heavy riffs. Mind Rot - fresh on the scene, but expect intense heavy sludgy noise from the tar pits of Hades.

St Alban's Kids need no introduction as an important milestone of the niche subgenre of Screamo within so-called australia. Their sound of chaotic, experimental hardcore and grindcore sets the benchmark of what the sound of screamo was to become in the country, people within the scene only ever hear of the folkloric nature of the band and their live shows through online discourse and scraps of material found in archives. Yet we are left with a small discography of EPs and splits to contextualise the quick and fiery flash of the band's existence. but yet for the first time since their last shows (coincidently on the 8th -10th of May in 2003) We will see the band return for the first time since those dates to play a Mini fest on the 2nd of May at The Old Bar. They will be joined alongside bands marked in the deep underground history of the genre: Gil Cerrone, The World At A Glance, Keratin, World Sick and Cadmium will be apart of the chaotic fervour of the reunion show of St Alban's
