As a queer therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen and affirmed, especially for those navigating identity, relationships, and systemic barriers. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from Person-Centered, Humanistic, Queer Theory, CBT, DBT, and Affirmative Therapy approaches. I am also trained in EMDR therapy. Together, we will co-create goals, build resilience, and develop skills and coping strategies to help you move toward meaningful change and well-being.
