What is the non-refundable deposit for?

It’s to secure a time slot and lets me know my client is serious about their appointment and my time, just as I am with your nail care 😇

*non-refundable deposit goes towards the total nail service cost*

I’ve unfortunately had people cancel or no-show so the deposit ensures both client and I’s time is not wasted 🫶🏽

What’s my address?

Since I operate out of my home, I do not send out my address until the day of the appointment for safety reasons :) I usually send out a confirmation dm @12:30pm the day of and once you confirm your appointment, I send you my address :)

Question 4

Can I bring a friend or loved one?

Accepted Answer

Yes absolutely if I am made aware ahead of time how many in your party is coming. I typically only allow up to 2 guests not including the client. Kids allowed if they get along with my salon mascot (Molly the dog)

*if guests (including client) are unruly or disruptive I have the right to escort the entire party out and not complete nail services. Client must still pay for the full allotment of nail services whether completed or not due to disruption of service.
