- Price: The price of the goods is set as Ex-Our Works, Bangalore.
- Payment: A 50% advance payment is required along with the purchase order (P.O.), and the remaining balance must be paid against the proforma invoice prior to dispatch.
- Freight Charges: Freight charges are to be borne by the buyer on a to-pay basis or the buyer may arrange for their own pick-up.
- Lead Time: The estimated lead time for order processing is 2-3 weeks from the date of the purchase order with advance payment.
- Product: Small variation in Color & Sizes are evidence that articles are handcrafted. 
- Insurance: The buyer is responsible for arranging suitable insurance coverage for the goods.
- Sales Policy: Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Liability: The company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit or thereafter. We strongly advise appointing your representative to inspect the goods before packing.
