After School Tutoring Weekly Sign-Up
Do you need after-school support for your academic classes? After School Tutoring offers extra help Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. If you want to stay this week. please fill out the form. You only need to fill the form out once a week! If you do not fill out this form, you will not be able to stay after-school. Bus transportation is only granted for students that signed up for bus transportation during the enrollment period. There is currently NO Bus TRANSPORTATION for students who did not sign up for bus transportation. ONLY COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU HAVE A WAY TO GET HOME AT 5 PM. Once you have filled out the form, report to the Upper E Hallway entrance. You will check in and receive your room assignment. You must arrive by 3:40pm or you will not be permitted to remain after school.
