Patience and Strategy . Andy worked with us for several months during which he let us know of many very nice houses. We were holding out for a particular neighborhood and when one opened up he got us in ahead of everyone else. He had a strategy that got us the house we wanted, ahead of everyone else! On top of that, when we sold our old house, he went the extra mile by performing some cleaning tasks we should have done and even supplied some of his own furniture to stage a porch!

Genuinely cares. While working with Andy, our lender backed out 2 1/2 weeks before closing. Andy got us in touch with a lender he has worked with in the past. We made it to closing on time and he kept us updated on everything the whole way through. He did a fantastic job getting us through the hurdles and I would not hesitate to work with him again. Realtors like this are extremely rare to find.
