Richard Mimo, born Riccardo Bisbini, is an Italian clown artist and a third-generation performer from a historic circus background. His artistic journey has been shaped by a life of travel, stages, and adventure, where performance became a natural language.
Starting from clowning, he found his true expression in mime, inspired by the legendary Marcel Marceau and the universal power of silence. Through movement and gesture, Richard developed a personal, wordless language that crosses borders and cultures.
Today, Richard Mimo brings to the stage a theatre of silence, blending poetry and comedy while honoring tradition and embracing the future where every gesture tells a story beyond words.
