Dedicated to advancing arts-based mental health research, with a focus on loneliness in adolescence. | Arts-based mental health research, using creative practices like music, theatre and poetry, can give us new insights into adolescent mental health and in particular loneliness that traditional research methods often cannot. With Project CREATE, we are bringing together youth, researchers and artists to explore solutions through workshops, reviews and ‘Living Labs’. The aim is to develop a shared understanding of arts-based programmes in mental health research - and improve tested programmes where needed.
