Hi, I’m Brooke! I spent four years as a full-time firefighter, where the fire academy taught me that strength, endurance, and proper fueling are essential for real life, not just the gym. That experience sparked my passion for functional training and nutrition. I later stepped away from firefighting to pursue school full time and work toward becoming a Registered Dietitian. Today, my mission is to help women fuel their bodies, build strength, and create habits that support a long, healthy life. Outside of training and studying, you’ll find me cooking, spending time in the mountains, and enjoying life with my husband and our blue heeler. I believe health is about more than how you look; it’s about what your body allows you to do and the confidence that comes from knowing you’re capable.
