Welcome to Pose Play! This page is where we play around with various ways of teaching a yoga pose by utilizing the principles we teach at Mind Body Solutions. As always, there are many ways to “adapt” a yoga pose. We strive to start by making the sensation of what the pose aims to generate, and make that come to life for the student – regardless of ability to activate muscles. As always, we start with safety first. So whether you’re teaching any of these poses, or practicing them yourself, make sure that to begin from a study and stable base. Now, let’s play!
