My first article! Join me as I briefly discuss the history of commercial arbitration in general, in the UK and the US and discuss how it became the preferred method to settle international disputes! (The French version of the Article will hopefully be going up tomorrow!) If I had known how long it would take to transfer the article from a word document I would have done it straight on here!
