Avoid this company. From the beginning they have been incompetent. 1) Delivery of solar panels. Team arrived, asked us where panels were, we said “thought they were coming with you” nope they were supposed to be delivered prior to delivery. Numerous phone calls later, they located them, apparently driver was trying to deliver them elsewhere. 2) We were told when we have power cuts that the solar panels kick in. First power cut happened on a bank holiday, we were without power for hours. The “emergency” cover team responded to us 3 days later. 3) communication, we have proof of the amount of emails, phone calls and WhatsApp’s. They don’t return calls, takes them a week to respond to emails, they never actually do what they promise. 4) mis-sold product service. They have deliberately made promises regarding subventions, I now believe this is why they dragged their feet in completing paperwork. They have been deliberately unhelpful, the customer service is zero.

If you are thing of having solar panels use another company. The stress this company has caused has been unbearable. If I could turn back the clock I would never use this company.

Very professional, tidy, respectful and did a fantastic job sorting out all the obstacles they had to overcome in order for them to not just start the installation of our solar panels, but even working late and the following day.
