1️⃣ Write your full name and surname in Viber profile – it helps me quickly find information about you and your cases in our databases.

Other coordinators or staff can help faster if I’m busy.

3️⃣ If your message is confidential and you couldn't write your questions in group chat - do the next.
Tag me in the group using @ (choose me from the list that appeared) and write in a group chat that  your have written  direct message. After send me direct message.

📲 Remember: I manage many projects.
Messages in group chats are visible to others — they’re answered faster.
Private messages can easily get lost because Viber moves older chats down the list. So, please do not wonder if I miss your message. I am not ignoring anyone - your message simply could be missed in a mess of direct messages

Please:

🟢be specific — avoid vague descriptions.

This helps us:

Why not private messages?
As a coordinator, I often drive and cannot use my phone — it’s illegal and unsafe.

Also, the group chat includes:

🟢another coordinator who may respond quickly;
🟢the accountant, who handles advance requests;
🟢the documents person, who can send files if needed;
🟢other project participants, who can share their experience and help.

We encourage active communication within the group — don’t hesitate to ask, help, and share advice!

Absence is allowed only for serious reasons.
Feeling tired or simply not in the mood is not a valid excuse.
Remember why you came here and what goals you set for yourself.

✅ First and foremost, always inform your team leader or supervisor — the person responsible for your schedule and tasks.
Ideally, do this in advance, at least a day before your planned absence.

It’s simple:
Everyone has their leader’s or supervisor’s phone number.
Send a short message with your full name, date, and reason for absence.

Keep in mind — your absence affects the work plan and disrupts the process. The supervisor needs to know in time to reorganize the schedule accordingly.

Also, let your coworkers know — for extra certainty that the message is delivered.

Only after that, inform me in the group chat.

🏠 HOUSING RULES

1️⃣ Each worker has a private room. No guests allowed — even if you live alone.
⚠️ Violation = eviction.
2️⃣ No personal electrical devices (heaters, cookers, kettles, etc.) — fire risk.
3️⃣ No overnight stays for others — only registered residents can stay.
4️⃣ Strict ban on alcohol and drugs (even after work). Meet friends in public places.
⚠️ Violation = dismissal.
5️⃣ Keep your room and shared areas clean. Take out trash.
6️⃣ Report damage in your group chat. Respect hostel property.
7️⃣ Quiet hours: 22:00–06:00. No noise.
8️⃣ No smoking indoors. Unplug devices when not in use.
9️⃣ Respect others — no conflicts or aggressive behavior.

If you get a fine from the owner of the factory for breaking any of the rules - don't be surprised! I will send you this article to read again. Reading this rules you agree to follow them.

🔹 I do not have access to money that should be paid.
My role is to pass your request to the responsible person who handles financial or document matters.

💰 Advances:
An advance may be granted once to new employees who have just started working.  Salary advance is only for new team members.

Financial department clarify your requests from Monday to Wednesday. After she makes payment transfers on Thursday or Friday. 

So if you requested not in period from Monday to Wednesday so most of all that your request will be in process on the next week.

The amount is 500 zl gross ( +- 420 zl netto)

📅 Book a visit – Use Jutro Medical app/website, you are already registered so just log in (phone + ID/PESEL)

👨‍⚕️ Consult doctor – Describe symptoms, get e-prescription or referral.

💊 Get medicine – At any pharmacy give 4-digit code + PESEL/ID.

🧾 Tests / specialists – Pay yourself at clinic/lab/hospital, ask for invoice (faktura) with NIP: Grupa Mojo sp. z o.o. and send it to your coordinator for refund.

📝 Sick notes – Ask doctor if needed for work.

💰 Payments – 80 zł monthly fee deducted from salary. Extra costs paid by you first, then refunded after sending faktura with company NIP to your coordinator.

When the doctor ask you where do your work it means he wants to know your employer. Your direct employer is Grupa Mojo, not the factory where you are working. 

So just tell the doctor NIP number 8943209166

For those who are younger than 26 

Legal options of employment 

If you have some doubts about your salary - write a request for getting your salary payslip in a group chat of your project. Do not write in private messages, please. It don't help you to get explanations faster. First of all I check messages in a group chat. 

Also remember about your personal employment case - if your a student in age under 26 your salary could be different. Common worker who is older than 26 will have another calculations and it doesn't matter is he a student or not .

So now please read about what do you have to do next after you received your payslip




1) First step 

🏥 Hospital in Poland – for workers over 26

If you work legally in Poland (Grupa Mojo), your employer pays ZUS contributions. This means you are insured in NFZ (public health system).

1️⃣ If sick (not urgent): Go to your family doctor (POZ) at the nearest NFZ clinic. The doctor can give prescriptions, sick leave, or referral to specialist/hospital.

2️⃣ Urgent, but not life-threatening: Go directly to an NFZ clinic or hospital outpatient clinic with your ID/PESEL.

3️⃣ Emergency / life-threatening: Call 112 or go to hospital ER (SOR) – treatment is free.

📄 Take with you: Passport/ID, PESEL (if you have), work contract (only if needed).

👉 As an employee over 26, you are fully insured by NFZ via ZUS. Just use your ID to get treatment at any public clinic or hospital.

When the doctor ask you where do your work it means he wants to know your employer. Your direct employer is Grupa Mojo, not the factory where you are working. 

So just tell the doctor NIP number 8943209166

For those who are older than 26 

📅 Payday: the 15th of each month for the previous month’s work.
If the 15th falls on a weekend, payment is made earlier, on Friday.

🏦 All salaries are transferred to your bank card — everything is official and fully taxed.

💼 Important:
Salaries are calculated and transferred by our financial department, not by me.
I’m a coordinator, responsible for communication and explanations, not for payments.

🧾 If you think your salary is incorrect:
1️⃣ Don’t argue with anyone.
2️⃣ Request your salary payslip from the accountant.
3️⃣ Check it carefully — usually, everything becomes clear.
4️⃣ If something still looks wrong, contact me — I’ll help check and explain it.
💸 If there was truly a mistake, the missing amount will be returned.

Payday and general rules

How a student under 26 can check their salary on an umowa zlecenie

Calculate your gross pay.
Take the brutto rate from your contract and multiply it by the actual hours worked. This is your total before deductions.

What is deducted.
Students under 26 are exempt from income tax and ZUS social-security contributions, so usually only extra agreed costs are taken off, for example:

Private insurance – about 80 PLN.

Why private insurance.
It covers treatment by private doctors or accidents. Because students do not pay ZUS health contributions, the employer arranges a private policy so you still have medical coverage.

Check your payslip (pasek wypłaty).
You should see:

Brutto – your rate × hours worked.

Medical insurance dudection – around 80 PLN.

Do wypłaty / Netto – the money that will reach your bank account.

Final formula.
Netto = Brutto – 80 PLN (insurance) – any other agreed deductions (for example, rent).

2) I am a student under 26 years old 


📅 You must notify us at least 21 days in advance if you decide to stop working.
This is necessary for proper paperwork and to arrange your replacement.

Just write a message in a group chat :
- NAME SURNAME;
- date of your last day at work. 


💸 If you leave earlier or without notice — a 1000 PLN penalty applies.

👷‍♂️ Before leaving, you must:

- inform your team leader at least 2 days before your last working day;
- return your locker key, work pass, and work clothes.

📌 Failure to return company property will result in an additional fine.

❗ RESIGNATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Legal Ways to Work in Poland

If you are foreigner, you can work legally in Poland only in two cases:

1️⃣ Work Permit Type A (Zezwolenie na pracę typu A)

This is the most common way for non-EU workers.
The employer applies for this document.
It allows you to work legally for one specific company.
The permit usually lasts up to 3 years.
With it, your job is legal, and you pay taxes and insurance.

2️⃣ Students of Polish Universities

If you study full-time at a Polish university, you can work without a work permit.
You must be a student or graduate of an accredited Polish school.

Language courses or part-time studies do not count — in those cases, you still need a work permit.

⚠️ Remember:

Working without a permit (when required) is illegal and can cause:

-fines for the employer,
-cancellation of your visa or residence permit,
-and a ban on entering Poland or the EU.

General information about work permissions in Poland 

SALARY CALCULATION – Umowa Zlecenia (with PIT-2)

If you work in Poland on an umowa zlecenia, your salary depends on the hours you worked and the hourly rate written in your contract.

🧮 How your salary is calculated:

1️⃣ Hourly rate × number of hours worked = Gross amount (BRUTTO)
Example: 30 PLN × 200 hours = 6000 PLN brutto.

2️⃣ From this amount, the financial department calculates:

ZUS contributions – pension, disability, and health insurance (about 20–25%);

Income tax (PIT) – reduced because you signed PIT-2 (it gives a monthly tax relief of 300 PLN).

You also could have deduction for housing - its different on each project. so just check it in your payslip.


After these deductions, you get your net salary (NETTO) — this is the money transferred to your bank card.

Salary for people older than 26 

How to check your salary on an umowa zlecenie

Find your gross amount (Brutto).
Look at the contract for the hourly brutto rate. Multiply it by the actual hours worked. That is your pay before deductions.

Compare with the payslip (pasek wypłaty).
You should see:

Brutto – total before deductions.

Składki ZUS – pension and health insurance.

Podatek – income tax.

Potrącenia inne – rent or other agreed services.

Do wypłaty / Netto – the money that will reach your bank account.

Check the deductions.
Make sure items like housing deduction match what you agreed.

Confirm the final amount.
Netto = Brutto – ZUS contributions – tax – other deductions.

3) Common worker or student who is older than 26

✅ 1. Work Permit Type A (Zezwolenie na pracę typu A)

This permit allows non-EU nationals to work legally in Poland for a specific employer whose registered office or place of residence is located within Poland. The employer is responsible for applying for this permit on behalf of the foreign worker. The permit is typically issued for a period of up to 3 years, with the possibility of extension. It is the most common option for non-EU workers seeking employment in Poland.

Key Requirements:

A valid legal residence title (e.g., temporary residence permit or visa) allowing employment.

A written employment contract with a Polish employer.

Proof of payment of the applicable fee for the work permit application.

WORK PERMIT 

🧮 How your salary is calculated:

1️⃣ Hourly rate × number of hours worked = Your salary (NETTO = BRUTTO)
Example:
30 PLN/hour × 200 hours = 6000 PLN
✅ You receive the full 6000 PLN — no tax or ZUS deductions.




2️⃣ The only deductions made by the agency are:

🏠 Housing fee (for example 500 PLN)
🏥 Private medical insurance – 80 PLN/month

Salary for people who younger than 26 

Poland has a progressive tax system – the more you earn, the higher the income tax rate.
Because of this, the net rate (netto) may change even if the gross rate (brutto) in the contract remains the same.

Additionally, much depends on the number of hours worked:

Calculations in job offers are usually based on 240 hours per month.

If you work more hours, your total income is higher → the tax is higher → the net hourly rate is slightly lower.

If you work fewer hours, the tax is lower → the net hourly rate may be slightly higher.

That's why sometimes your calculations couldn't not match with the salary you have received. but usually this amount is not big.

Rounding and automatic deductions (ZUS / tax)

Even when you have a “net” rate, payroll systems still calculate contributions automatically.
If your rate was estimated for a different number of hours or if the month had fewer working days, small differences can appear.

“Net rate” is only approximate, not guaranteed

Foreigners who are full-time students or graduates of accredited Polish higher education institutions are exempt from the requirement to obtain a work permit. This exemption applies regardless of whether the institution is public or private. To work legally, students must present a valid student ID card confirming their enrollment in full-time studies.

The following approximate rates apply to most employees on Umowa Zlecenie:

- Pension insurance (Emerytalne): ~ 9.76% paid by you. 
- Disability insurance (Rentowe): ~ 1.50% paid by you. 
- Sickness insurance (Chorobowe): ~ 2.45% paid by you (if applicable). 
- Health insurance (Zdrowotne): ~ 9.00% paid by you. 



Payslip if you are older than 26

Students under 26 years old are exempt from most Polish taxes and ZUS contributions.
That means their gross = net salary, except for private deductions (like housing or medical insurance).

Gross salary (100%)
→ the total amount earned for hours worked.

Agency deductions (internal only):

💰 Housing fee – fixed deduction (e.g., for accommodation).
🏥 Private medical insurance – 80 zł monthly (optional company benefit).

These are the only deductions made by the agency.

Government deductions:

ZUS (Social Insurance): ❌ not paid by students under 26.
Health Insurance: ❌ not paid.
Income Tax (PIT): ❌ 0% rate (exemption under “Ulga dla młodych”).
