Welcome to Joy Rebel Tantra - an approach to spirituality, awakening & liberation grounded in traditional Tantra. Whether Kundalinī is torching everything you thought you knew, or you’re just searching for a way to live & love this wild ride of being human, I’ve got you. Joy Rebel Tantra is my approach to Tantrik yoga & teaches how to open to the joy of awareness, no matter what your circumstances are. I discovered yoga in 1995, started practicing regularly in 2000 (right when Kundalinī kicked off) & started teaching in 2006. I’ve trained with Shiva Ream Christopher Wallis, Satya Ji & Christopher Tompkins, gone deep into Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra & completed a 1000-day Ucchāra practice. Along the way, I've dealt with intense karmic impressions, samskara & vikalpas. My direct experience of Kundalini's purification process informs my teaching & coaching.
