Bathrooms: There will be three indoor bathrooms available

Venue: The venue is a residential property. Guests are invited to spend time outdoors under the tent provided or inside the house in the common areas. 

Events: Group photo (6pm), dinner, cake cutting, speeches and toasts, first dance, sparkler send off, fun games, and music

End time: No planned end time! 

Weather: Weather permitting we plan to spend most of the event outdoors

What to Expect

Parking

Parking is available on the street along Gore Street and the neighbouring roads. Additionally you can park at 1500 James St S, Thunder Bay, ON P7E 6N7 around Cheer's The Village Pub (please only park around the pub and not around the other business like the convenience store or other shops)

We will have colouring books, crayons, bubbles, and balloons for the kids! Weather permitting we will also have soccer balls, badminton nets, ping pong, and other games the kids can take part in. We all love a cute little suit or dress but a change of clothes is encourage so the kids can run around and enjoy the beautiful property.


We are excited to spend time with all of the little ones. 

Info for Kids

We will have colouring books, crayons, bubbles, and balloons for the kids! We are excited to spend time with all of the little ones. 

Please dress business causal and comfortably. There will be pictures taken at the event. Expect to walk on grass if you are spending time outside. 

Weather permitting we will have fun activities available like soccer, badminton nets, ping pong, and air hockey. You are welcome to bring a change of clothes to take part or wear something comfortable for photos and activities.
