Osteopathic Initial Assessment Appointment Enquiry

I am an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience, trained in European-style osteopathy. I earned an Integrated Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in the UK and qualified in 2016.

Before becoming an osteopath, I worked as a sports massage therapist, which strongly shaped my hands-on, movement-focused approach to care. My clinical background includes six years of practice in the UK and one year in Australia, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions—from acute sports injuries to chronic pain and postural dysfunction.

While I have a strong focus on sports and activity-related injuries, I am equally passionate about helping anyone experiencing musculoskeletal discomfort improve how they move, feel, and perform in daily life. My approach is patient-centred, evidence-informed, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
