Wolverhampton based songwriter Jim Hudson writes new and original sounding music with strong Indie roots. Unconventional yet melodic, his songs explore the depths of human experience through vivid metaphors and layered imagery. ​ Primary influences include Radiohead, Elliott Smith, Jeff Buckley, Leonard Cohen and Sparklehorse.​ Having performed over recent years as a solo acoustic act, Jim has now assembled a band for live performances. Together they have played various venues across the West Midlands.​ Having released No Escape and Gilt in 2025, the next single 'Back and Forth' is due for release early 25th February.
