Best pc shop in Lucknow, wide variety of products, this is the only store I found who kept all stock, all there are best and store owner is very humble and knowledgeable

I bought a refurbished hard drive from this shop specifically for light use — just to store and retrieve data occasionally, not for daily computer use. But the product turned out to be completely unreliable.

The drive shuts down by itself within 10 minutes — even during simple tasks like copying or extracting files. This makes it useless even for basic backup purposes.

What’s worse is that it feels like the SELLER didn’t even test the drive properly before selling it. Selling something that can’t even perform basic copy-paste operations is just irresponsible.

For ₹1450, this is a waste of money and time. If you’re selling refurbished items, at least make sure they work for basic tasks. Selling junk without testing damages trust — both for new and old customers.
