I help people who've been told "that's just the way it is" hurt less and live more. My practice is at the intersection of rehabilitation, recovery & performance training. I I specialize in helping people who want to train hard but feel run down, want structure without burnout, are tired of guessing when to push or pull back, want results that actually last. My approach is simple and evidence-informed: 1. Train with intention 2. Respect recovery and 3. Build capacity over time. I use a red–yellow–green "traffic light" system to guide training intensity based on stress, recovery, and strain. I'm the bridge Calgary needs between healthcare and fitness, helping people train without pain. This is coached performance, done properly.
