The Franchise Partner Experience Index (FPEI) is a survey to measure Franchise Partner outlook on the business and their relationship with HQ. The survey is the same from the past 2 years and will be used to compare responses from last year along with establish a baseline of where the Franchise Partner experience sits today. We will be asking all IABBCF members to complete this survey annually to allow us to measure how we progress as we work with HQ on improvement initiatives.
