For more serious incidents, please also consider reporting to the authorities and the university using the report & support tool: https://reportandsupport.sheffield.ac.uk/ This form should be used for incidents that cannot be resolved by personal conversations. If you do not wish to communicate with the person in question, Staff/the iForge Inclusions Officer can facilitate that communication. The information shared in this report will only be accessible to Staff, the iForge Inclusions Officer, and the Recruitment & Development Lead. Team Leads may become involved if any potential disciplinary action is involved (as set out in the Rep Contract). The email address used to fill in the form will not be recorded.
