I wish I knew about Horgans three years ago when I was furnishing my beautiful new apartment in Coburg.
I found the gorgeous Manon coffee table.  It is perfect for my apartment space and it is a sculptural piece that is very unique.
I couldn't take my eyes off the Watson Pillar Candle Holders so I purchased the large and small.   They look exquisite in my entry way.  I bought realistic fake candles for them rather than using wax candles.  And I love a Box, to put all those things in that you don't want to display.  The lovely Pela Resin Box looks amazing !
There was a very small nick on the Manon coffee table.  Leanne was amazing and sent me a paint pot and instructions how to fix this.

While placing another order with Jane at Horgans, the review from Adele caught my eye when I saw the one star rating she had given the company.
I am not aware of the circumstances surrounding Adele's order other than how she has described it. However, I am compelled to place the following  comments on record.

As a professional property stylist I have been dealing with Jane and Horgans for the last 7 years and I must have placed in excess of 50 orders with her. I have found Janes's service and the quality of the furniture excellent. Delivery has always been spot on with all packing removed. I have referred clients to her and they have also been impressed with both her service and the quality of the furniture.

I note Adele's delivery was delayed due to circumstances completely outside Horgans' control which does happen on the wharves from time to time and, no doubt, further exacerbated by the impact of Covid outbreaks at overseas ports that have prevented goods from arriving in Australia in any timely fashion.

I do understand Adele's frustration and while she has absolutely every right to voice her opinion we know there are always two sides to every story.

I purchased some stunning table lamps about 10 months ago and experienced a breakage. Although unknown as to how it happened, I contacted Horgan's and they were able to assist me with a replacement shade very efficiently and offered some extremely quick turnaround times and action. Was great dealing with them again.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Hogans. The sofa we received looks nothing like what was advertised on their website, and despite this, they have completely refused to take any responsibility. The lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against shopping with this store and urge others to be extremely cautious before purchasing anything from them.

The true test of customer service is how problems are handled. My recent order didn't quite go according to plan but the team at Horgans were helpful, efficient and clearly cared very much about their company's reputation. I have no hesitation in giving Horgan's 5 stars and will shop with them again.
