The Grand Junction Symphony prides itself on selecting the finest artists to perform concerti with the orchestra through its Young Artist Competition each year. The instrument chosen for the competition rotates each year between piano, solo instrument, and voice. The 2022-2023 competition is for vocal contestants.Judges will select 1st/2nd/3rd prize winners and audience will vote for Audience Choice prize during this event.CompensationWinners will receive:1st Prize – $2000 USD2nd Prize – $1500 USD3rd Prize – $1000 USDAudience Choice – $500 USD
