Support the C.B. Film
Support the C.B. Film
Thank you for your interest in supporting the next chapter of C.B. Power to the Player. The short film premieres at Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival. Our 16-minute short film tells the story of Claudius “C.B.” Claiborne, the first Black basketball player at Duke University, a civil rights activist, and now a professor. But his story doesn’t end there. We’re now producing a feature-length version of the film to honor his full legacy and we’re looking for philanthropic donors, and partners who believe in preserving stories that have too often been erased from history. Whether you’re interested in hosting a screening, making a donation, supporting the feature-length film, or just staying connected, we want to hear from you. Please fill out the form below to let us know how you’d like to be involved. Together, we can bring this powerful story to a wider audience.
