I enjoy working out with Nick as he tailors exercise program to help me achieve core strength, mobility, flexibility n balance. As I travelled frequently, he taught me exercises that I can do on my own wherever I go. Ever since I worked out with Nick, I have less shoulder n back aches. Training with Nick kept me active during my pregnancy and I'm glad to have done so! Started training with Nick beginning this year thinking that I needed help with closing my ab separation after many years postpartum. However, upon checking, it turned out I just needed to shape up. :D Not only is Nick an expert in training pre/post-natal women, he is also very knowledgeable in managing injuries. I have perpetual neck and shoulder pain and his customised training and pain management massage have improved my quality of life. Overall, Nick is a friendly, patient and clear instructor. Under his guidance and motivation, I can see myself getting fitter. I would recommend Nick to anyone who is ready to start achieving their fitness goals! :)
