I have the best caregiver I have ever had, finally found a good company to work with. Company very dedicated to their employees!
With this company, I went through 5 home health aides. The first aid laid it on thick with the BS. The second aid tried to steal my late wife's phone charger. The next two aides were fond of Instagram, TikTok, and other social medias while on the clock in my home. The final one, Rachel Reynolds, stole some small items from my home and conned me out of $100 for an alleged car repair that she did not pay me back to this day. I let management of First Horizon know what these employees did, and the management there protected and covered it up, glossed over what I was saying and did nothing to reprimand these employees. It appears First Horizon management protects lazy, slacking, incompetent, thieving employees on their payroll. As a former blind client of theirs, I don't recommend anybody to use this company. I recommend you use a smaller company because they are much better fit to use then First Horizon.
This company is very unprofessional and bad with communication. I was invited to orientation, I did my cor training that I had to pay for and was given two tb shots which I didn’t even know about the second one until I called to get an update about my background check mind you it had been going on a month and they so called was waiting on my background check. Any job I’ve applied for a background check usually comes back 2-3 days. Nobody has called me about a schedule. Everytime I contact anyone from this company they tell me to call and press #1 the scheduler lied and said she was gonna call me back still NOTHING! I only get an update about something when I call them and still haven’t heard anything back it’s about to be two months. I don’t care about the job because I can apply somewhere else I’m just irritated with the fact yall took all my information and made me go through days of orientation and tb shots just for my time to be wasted. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IM NO LONGER INTERESTED!
