FCA BRIDGE is a community initiative that connects international students with American families to build meaningful relationships, encourage cultural exchange, and create a place where students feel at home. BRIDGE stands for: Building Relationships Internationally Developing Global Encouragement

For International Students As a student in FCA BRIDGE, you will be paired with a local individual or family who will: - Welcome you into their home and daily life - Spend intentional time with you (meals, activities, conversations) - Help you adjust to life in a new culture - Offer friendship, support, and encouragement Your role: - Be open to building a genuine relationship - Share your culture, experiences, and story - Participate in occasional gatherings or events For American Families / Hosts: As a host, you will be matched with an international student to: - Provide a welcoming and supportive environment - Invite them into normal life moments (meals, holidays, outings) - Build a meaningful, mutual relationship - Encourage and support them during their time here Your role: - Show hospitality and consistency - Be open to learning about another culture - Invest time in building a relationship
