I am very grateful for the opportunity that express provided by sending me to Grace . I
was needing a FT job , and they came through for me .  I would recommend their service to anyone that is looking for a temporary to permanent job .

Helped me get a job quickly, that gave me the option to become permanent. I was applying to many places for a while and couldn't get anything. They work fast and are good people.

They get one star because they will find you a job quickly but they lose any other merit they could have earned due to what an absolute nightmare it is to work for them. Teri Marshall in particular is a near constant obstacle. They have a very low reading comprehension to the point where they cannot fulfill basic administrative requests without assistance from another staff member. Their emails are littered with spelling and grammatical mistakes. They are rude and unprofessional in person. They are a rule as a representative rather than an exception. It is extremely difficult to do anything at this location when it comes to administrative matters like insurance and tax forms. They do not understand very routine concepts and go out of their way to maintain that level of ignorance and incompetence. The work sites I’ve worked at with Express share my disdain for their level of service. My advice is to sign up for access to the app and then apply to those jobs independently. Express is an unnecessary and burdensome extra hoop to jump through for employment. They’re not worth it.
