Apply to mentor fellows, host office hours, run a workshop, or speak (virtually or in-person). Mentors will be asked to give 2–6 hours across the event and attend a 30-minute alignment call depending on event schedule and availability.

This registration is for Lagos-based attendees who wish to attend the ETH Research Village in person (13–28 April 2026) but are not applying for the residency. Use this form to RSVP, reserve workshop seats, request accommodations, or volunteer. Some workshops have limited capacity; we will confirm seats by email. By registering you agree to follow our Code of Conduct and consent to photography/recording used for program coverage and reporting.

Thanks for your interest in joining the ETH Research Village / Pop-Up City organizing team (13–28 April 2026, Lagos). We’re building a cross-functional team to run a 2-week research residency + open pop-up. Please complete this application so we can match you to the best role(s). Commitment: Most organizing roles require support during pre-event planning (Feb–Apr), on-site presence during 13–28 Apr, and 5–15 hours/week during prep depending on role.
