East Forest is a musician, producer, speaker, and ceremony guide who uses the power of music to help explore the uncharted territories of inner space. His live improvisational performances draw on original field recordings and a range of instrumentation which straddles the worlds of electro-acoustic neoclassical, electronic, ambient and indie-pop. Since his debut in 2008, notable collaborators include Ram Dass, Jon Hopkins, Nick Mulvey, Peter Broderick, comedian Duncan Trussell, Marieme, and techno pioneer ANNA.
